Good question. All I can say is that I've never had more thoughts of murdering someone, than almost every time I get stuck behind a slow Wrangler driver. I wouldn't be surprised if grandmoms in Buicks were a faster population, as a whole.

Have you seen the MPG on these things ? maybe you would be driving slow as well if you have one

lol... I've actually owned a 1950's CJ-3A, and at the same time my sister owned a 1993ish Sahara. A few years after that, my brother bought a 1996ish base Wrangler, which I used to drive a lot.

They're great off-road vehicles, even around-town, which is how we used mostly them. But they just don't belong on highways, or really almost any road with a speed limit much over 35 mph.

Jeeps have been very hurting in sales lately they are in the top 10 least sold vehicle of the last few years.

I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee and won't buy another. I'm disappointed with it.

apparently you can make them street legal pretty easily.... they sell the flasher kit as a options.

I think the Roxors being street legal depends on the state. No air bags and other safety items.

Man I see Jeeps everywhere. We just sold ours after ~5 years and loved it. My son took it over and simply outgrew it. Needed a pickup more than a Jeep.
Never felt slow to me. In fact, ours was a little rocket off the line.

There’s nothing slow about a Wrangler. In fact my V6 Wrangler is far peppier than many trucks and cars I’ve owned.

Yeah, IDK what they’re referring to. Jeeps are very common in my area.

I was at the dealer getting our car serviced today. I looked at the F150s, F250s, and Broncos. I sat there for a bit and specked out a build on Ford's site using my phone. STX 4x4 5.0 supercab... add 3.73 elocker and max tow. check Then I tried to change to the lower STX trim package without as many gadgets and 20" wheels I don't want, and it removed the 5.0 and put a 2.7. It also removed the elocker and max tow and changed the rear end ratio. So it appears I am forced to go to an xlt to order anything similar to what I currently have. I am also forced to get 20" wheels and less capability if I order an STX. This is why I have major problems with the new trucks. I can't even order what I want without compromise. I gave up on the STX when it hit $52k. I did not even bother to try an XLT. AT that price I should be able to get exactly what I want an not be forced to step up to an XLT.

A relative worked for 20 years on the air ambulance. He said that his biggest customers were bikers. Second biggest was Jeep riders. That's what happens when you take an off-road vehicle and turn it into a status symbol for people who don't care to learn how to drive it.

I looked at the Roxor, but am not sure if I could make it road worthy. Also not sure if I want the diesel.
