30hp Chinese Bulldozer Parts

Not sure about having 2 hydraulic pumps. To the left of the transmission theres a hydraulic cylinder that connects to a lever for forward and reverse operation. 2 lines come off that and go to the hydraulic selector switch. The other 2 lines come from the right side switches which control the 6-way blade and pto lift. I hooked up the lines the way I thought they were and the switch is working to engage forward and it starts to go forward. I put it in reverse the switch moves the lever to reverse but the dozer dont move. I must have 2 lines crossed. The lines off the forward and reverse switch are top bottom left and right. Thanks

Okay, sorry 'bout that. Had you mistaken for another party.
I know the setup you have now. Check your adjustment (throw) for the reverse portion of the quadrant. It should be equal to the forward throw.

Ok still no reverse. The throw is the same forward and reverse. I think I have 2 lines crossed. Is there any diagrams out there that shows where the lines go. Thanks

Sorry, I don't have that information, but if you are getting equal throw in reverse then you may have internal problems.

Thanks bob. The only thing that I wasnt sure of when bolting the transmission to the gear box was the 3 spacers. I put them between the 2 mating plates. Do you know if thats correct. Maybe they dont go between and its pushing the shaft forward too much. But they are only about 3/8" thick. Thanks

Apologize for the late reply. Not sure what "spacers" and "mating plates" you are referring to. A picture would help if possible.

What engine do you have? Sounds like a weird number to me.

I have a two cylinder 30 hp diesel. I checked the armature with an ohm meter and one burned copper plate shorts to all the others. The number on the starter is QD1247A. It is a 1.5 kw 12v starter.

Your two cylinder 30 HP diesel engine has a brand name (not the same as the dozer), and it has a model and serial number as well. These are usually found on a nameplate on the engine itself. This would be very helpful info.
Many of the Jinma tractors use the same engines and components as the Yuchai/Guilin dozers do, so you can check all of the Jinma dealers as well.
Another place you can try is Keno Tractor.

Um, I didn't show you any. Like what was stated in the above post, someone else with a Rino two cylinder diesel dozer would really appreciate in knowing what the model number is of the starter that you purchased. Was it the gear reduction type or the standard OEM type?

it is a gear reduction starter 12v 11t cw starter that fits a rino 3320. It is supposed to be a lot stronger than the OEM starter.
