And you are sure it can't suck air where the fuel supply connects to the IP correct? Just want to eliminate anything that might be easy and cheap before you send the IP out for rebuild.. I am not familiar with this particular system but you only have a few components to do a process of elimination on..

Just a heads up, a line, o-ring etc can suck air without leaking fuel, best to check..

I understand that and that why i said i will look at that one more time, most of the time, something on the intake side will suck in and something on the pressure side will leak out.

For that much air It's more than a pin hole. Gravity will push fuel out of a pin hole. It's under pressure and will get pushed out. Your see it. In or out of the pump..

The bleeder DOES NOT take an Oring.. it takes a crush gasket.. Maybe we found something.??

I assumed when he said O-ring he was talking about the copper washer but IDK.. Even if it is a crush washer, they don't last long loosening and tightening it if that has been done several times.. Troubleshooting mine, I went through three of them..

On my pump, the bleeder has a O- ring on it, maybe it needs a copper washer, I have some I do believe.
Thanks for the help!

Any IP breeder I have seen has a copper "crush washer" that's fairly soft.. Has to be a perfect fit, those washers have burnt me more than once..

With any luck that is why you are getting so much air into the IP..

Man that makes sense, I ordered new gaskets for bleeds and they sent o-rings, witch I wasn’t happy about because I have a bunch of
o-rings and thought they needed to be at least nylon washers ..
Thanks for your input!!

I thought the same thing. But before posting I looked at Hoye's diagram for YM2000 and found what looks like a rubber o-ring at the bleeder screw so I didn't say anything.

I would expect a leak there to dribble instead of suck air, however. It's a simple gravity-feed environment.

Ding ding ding ding ding ding , I believe we have a winner !!
Well I didn’t have a new copper washer but I did have a old one and put that on and I would say 95% of my air @ the injectors is gone ,unbelievable, so tomorrow I will get a new washer and I’m sure it will be fixed 100% let’s hope .
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!!!! TPG.
At first I was upset with the vendor that sent the O-rings for the seals and that probably explains why there was a o-ring on it when I got it, the guy who I got the tractor from used the same vender. ultimately there’s only one person at fault and that is ME, MYSELF and I . I know better than to use a O-ring on there and I still did it , I guess it’s like they say if you don’t screw up every now and then you’re not doing anything .

You would think it would especially when it wasn’t running with the amount of pressure that would be there but I guess not , but I guess it has enough vacuum on that 90° banjo bolt that it pulls in air .
Thanks for you help sir!
