Just the one cylinder with bubbles? I remember reading a thread recently where someone had loose delivery valve holder. Probably not your problem but easy to check. With all you have done it sure leads to something about the pump.

It is with both, when it comes to me, it wont be that easy, we all know that :D

So I did a little test tonight, I didn稚 have much time, the fuel line looks basically bubble free now with the cap loose but I知 still getting the bubbles in my fuel at the injectors. I apologize for the shaky video . What do you guys think?
Yanmar 2210 2T90 Air in fuel - YouTube

Nope that's not good.. Have you checked all clamps and hoses in the system? Something is letting air into the system somewhere..

Yes, i did take the fuel cap off and it seem to stop the air bubbles in the supply line to the pump. but im still making foam.:confused2:

Sounds like a vacuum problem causing the supply line air bubbles, so if unscrewing the cap eliminated air in the line to the pump I would suspect an o-ring or seal in the pump with a leak, there isn't much else it could be, you have the lines off of the pump to the injectors and the pump itself and that's it correct?..

I just cracked the line at the injector for the video, every thing else is hooked up.

So you have a supply line, a return line from the injectors back to the tank, no fuel pump, an injector pump and the injector lines to the injectors correct? I'm trying to picture this gravity fed system..

The elimination of air bubbles in the supply line to the IP would suggest an air leak inside the pump/lines to the injectors.. You're video shows a lot of air getting in there somehow.. Did you run the tractor for a while after you unscrewed the tank cap? IF the vacuum inside the tank was the issue it will take running it for a while for the air to go back through the return line to the tank to clear it out..

Do you have a nipple coming off of the IP inlet that goes to the return line?

It ran for about 35min before the video, No nipple coming off IP to return, only off the injectors i have a return to the tank.
Thanks for your time and help on this!!

I would still check both hold downs on the pump.

Hey Winston1, if that was leaking at the two fuel lines off the pump, wouldn't it leak fuel there and not suck air?

When it's running, take the fuel cap off and look into the tank with a flashlight, you should see bubbles on the surface of the fuel.. just want to make sure you're return line isn't clogged, you never know..

WoW!!! When I was speaking of my Return to the tank wasn't anything that bad. 1000/times worse. Somethings wrong with the threads on the Inj. lines/Inj. Someone may have cross threaded them. Or used the wrong Tap Stand/Metric etc.. May try a thread sealant or even a tape and see what happens.

I have did that and dont see anything,my return line is open. the return on this is not like others , the fuel return is very ,very, small amount, I asked about this before and it seems to be normal .

For that much air it's a pump problem. I think as much as Fire 260 has been threw the lines he would have found a leak by now. They or it would be wet from fuel leaking...JMO. with that much air/bubbles. If the Tank was causing a problem It takes time for it to build up pressure or Vac.
