Last time I looked, we were 103 here too. That was at 5:45. I sure hope the cool front makes it through. Upper 80s-low 90s for the first week of July would be nice.

I just want some rain. 30% chance tomorrow through Sunday, then 20% chance next week. Highs in the 90s. WooHoo. Christmas in July.

Wonder what parts will get sunburned this time, when I do the naked rain dance? I need rain here too, although I have likely had a little more than you have, this year.

I'm just stopping on the way to my garden. . . pea pickin' time. Scott, I hope you get some rain, but the way things have been going, we'll just be cooler. At least I can watch the yard dry up with dry clothes on. Lately, just going outside is guaranteed to sweat down my clothes whether I'm working or not.

Rain, yeah right! I couldn't even drum some down in Houston!!, I did manage to drink almost a case of 32-16 oz. bottles of water by myself! I could have "floated" home!! Got home late Friday morning, so now I messed up my sleep pattern again. That means I will be in the garden working while you guys are done and undershade with a beverage!

I expect to be on the tractor later today. Thought about it early this morning, but not a leaf was moving. Need a breeze, when running open cockpit! I ran to town on errands instead, one of which was getting 40 pounds of ice, for the beer! It will be ready when I come in from hogging! :laughing:

Yep, towel, visor and shades, when on the tractor, as well as a couple of bottles of water! The rest is just "extra baggage"!
