ROPS LED Work Lights

I made and bolted two aluminum bars to the ROPS using 1/4-20 SS bolts,

I would check the SS hardware that is in contact with the aluminum. SS and aluminum do not always get along well together.

The bolts just go thru clearance holes in the aluminum and the steel ROPS is tapped. I know all about aluminum and stainless. I rebuilt a '69 Corvette coupe and had tropble with the windshield wiper door, which was aluminum, and the hardware ... which was stainless.. Also remember playing with the WWII zinc pennies stacked between the copper ones...
