2000 cu yards of fill and foundation/grading is about 80k
material was around 125k
electric and service is about 25k (300 ft run from pole, trenching etc) ton of 6awg cable in shops for 3phase etc so pricy
builder/labors/subs etc 100k

If my addition is right $335K for a shop is a bit much for my budget but it sure looks nice.
