My 100+ year old 18X10 wood floor garage, got pulled off to be put on a new slab up in the woods for storage.
Put it on skids made out of trees and draged it with the John Deere 135C.
I did all the ground work my self, screened all the gravel that came out of the hole and still had over 100 yards of gravel brought in.
4ft frost walls 10 inches thich in footings all poured using aluminum forms.
Final shape, pre built trusses on the top 12 inches on center, 5/8 underlayment on the roof.
Final inside height is 18 feet to ceiling in the middle bay, with only one cross beam in the middle.
Spray in foam insulation 8 inches in all walls and 12 inches in all ceilings.
1 12x12 and 2 10x10 insulated over head doors with industrial jackshaft openers. The center door is elevated to gain more height for excavator booms.
Heat and water system. I dug a well at the same time we put in the frost walls and hit water at 8 feet and dug a total of 12, back filled the tiles with all the stone I screened out of my back fill. Pumped it out several times and got well over 1000 gallons.
Pit lid is all done, 2x2x1/4 inch square tube and 1/4 inch plate.
more photos to come when the walls are all done in a week or so.

What a great shop... how big is it and what do you plan to heat it with?
Its built heavy because the slope of the roof was low and snow may not slide off well so the engineer that did the steel work said to frame it heavy.
Rather be over built than under built.
All I can say is WOW! That building is not going anywhere anytime soon and you could work in there in a T-shirt all Winter. Very Impressive. I just scoped out those snow moving machines you have too. I cant pick my jaw up off the floor.:thumbsup::thumbsup::drool:
