New Post tagging?

Is this new tagging "feature" automatic? THIS post is tagged "Winches" when it's really about paying off his tractor

:confused2: There are a few others that are oddly tagged also...

I personally do not like it, I use the "since my last visit" religiously and it just clutters up the post list IMHO.

No, it's not automatic, users can select their own tag. I removed the "Winches" tag.

Interesting...how does one choose the tag? I did not see that option?

Missed that...Thanks Mike. Didn't see winches on the list though-doesn't matter.

We've actually been manually tagging threads... we've done about 15,000 so far, and there are bound to be some that get improperly tagged depending on the keywords in the title.

As for the formatting issue, we're actually planning on removing it from the thread listing pages and just keeping it as a search criteria.
