Just linked it.One other issue your AI sorter may or may not have is whether there are spaces, for instance "GC 1723E" versus "GC1723E".
I also don't find this thread: What have you done with/to your GC Series 2300, 2400, 1700 Tractor TODAY, although it may be linked somewhere.
Is there a way to TAG those to lets say a tractor brand and the tractor series. I know not all tractor brands use a series, just numbers.Just linked it.
The way that system works is with tags. If the thread is tagged with the specific make and model, it will appear in the database page. If not, it won't show. We retroactively tagged tens of thousands of threads but there are 500k threads on the forum. Not all of the 500k are model specific but it's certainly possible that there are still tens of thousands that could be tagged with a specific model.

Tags circled in cyan. Manage tags for a thread circled in red. Right now only moderators can manage tags but I think we need brand moderators at this point to manage tags.
We have a different plan for organizing by series. Brand forums will organize threads by series much in the way you're describing. The database will be specific models. Is there a way to TAG those to lets say a tractor brand and the tractor series. I know not all tractor brands use a series, just numbers.
So if a posting deals with tractor weights for a certain series, people can find the info for all those models. Likewise for lights and common gauges.
Maybe the person just creates the tractor series model as YMxxxx or CKxxxx, etc. Not certain here. Need to explore more.
Yes, this is a huge undertaking.![]()
Sail boat, you say?Upon looking at the Yanmar section, there are tractors, wheel-loaders, excavators, field planter machines, Yanmar industrial mining equipment, two-wheel tractors and 1 sail boat. LOL
In a similar way, the Kubota brand has the same undertaking.
There is also the sub-thread for the Yanmar genset and industrial standalone machines too.
Forum for air cooled diesel engines and clones
I have most of the datasheets and/or product logs for all kinds of these machines.
