Need some atv advice

I should add that I would not want anything smaller than the 400 for pushing snow. Also the 3-6" range assumes powdery snow. Wet heavy snow is difficult to push. The plow comes off super-easy and I use the 4 wheeler for running around in my woods and spraying my yard. It's been a great machine for what I use it for and I would think you could get something similar these days in the $2-3K range.

Thank you all I really appreciate the pros and cons.
Re-thinking the hill on our property(an old skiddng log road, that was then widened by the gas/seismic company) 4x4 is a must.
Snows funny, some times lake effect we get dumped on, other years like this year we had two storms both about 4-6''.
So:

Need chains and plow

Sounds like a good plan. We have had two 400cc 4x4s for a dozen years. Very good but if I was going to plow, I would probably want something bigger/heavier.

On our property everything seems to be uphill. We bought a used Polaris 425 4wd just to get get around the property and to do some light pulling and hauling. I had located an old rusted vehicle on the back side. It had been there so long a tree had grown around part of it. I used the ATV to pull the trapped metal from the tree. The metal would not give and I pulled the 5" tree down on top of me. (three staples in my scalp). #1 these vehicles have power #2 be carefull # 3 wear protection.
