The 10 GPM will work just fine.
It also has regen and float.
Be sure and order the closed center plug.

The pressure valve from the factory is set to 2000 psi, so you need to set it with a hyd gage to your tractor specs of 2250 psi

Actually on a closed center system such as the 1020 the pressure relief valve on loader hyd control valve can be closed completely as the stroke control will control the pressure. The non-convertible closed center valves I've seen have no built in pressure relief valves

Yes, I agree that none of the valves used in a closed center hyd system need a relief in a closed center hyd system.
If the valve does have a relief, just set the valve relief to say 3000 psi so it will never open, and the pump relief will dictate the relief pressure.
You might say how do you do that with the tractor relief set at 2250 psi. Well, when it gets to 2250 psi, just crank it down more about one full turn should work. Maybe use shims if you have to.

JJ ...right after I spoke with the tech service rep; I pulled up your post to double check witch valve you recommended. Anyhow I immediately called him back only to get his voice mail. I told him about your suggestions but he did not return my call and I received a notice that the larger valve has already shipped. Guess I will iron it out on Monday.

If you can swap it out with no hassle, do so.
That valve will work, but you will be at full flow at about half lever.
You will not have the finesses if feathering.
A valve matched up to your flow in GPM's is best.
