( Could someone tell me what Kioti's policy is on warrenty work with respect to dealers who have not solid you the tractor in need of work? Is it elective on the part of a Kioti dealer to do work on a tractor he did not sell? Is he allowed any special leway in this department? I have talked to a local dealer )
Kioti's policy is that all dealers must perform warranty work anywhere in the country. That said, unless someone complains loudly and gets Kioti to reprimand a bad dealer who pulls this stunt, yes, they could make it last.
It would be a stupid dealer, in my opinion, that would do this, as he/she would be alienating a possible customer for other sales.
But as far as the warranty goes, he/she should do the warranty work, and will be paid the same as though he/she had sold the unit in the first place.
Oh well, we all know there ARE some stupid dealers out there, but I think they're getting weeded out by their own stupidity.
