Egon,

I've been told that what you describe is symptomatic of people born of a pregancy during which the mother was given tetracycline.

Mike, wouldn't Cindi's non- tractor, non-rural living post be appropriate for the "Related Topics" forum?
Hi Rich,

I wasn't suggesting there was anything wrong/inappropriate with Cindi's posts. Merely offering another outlet, i.e., a BLOG, for her messages.

Oh yeah...I went here by the way. I have started making one of those blog things, but it's slow going as I'm learning as I go.

( And of course, I don't even do that; just drink tap water (with or without Scotch /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif). )

Well, there are lots of different kinds of bottled water. Most of it is filtered by reverse osmosis and sometimes deionized. It is definitely more pure than tap water. Of course, I'm talking about drinking water, not about fancy-pants spring water.

On the other hand, Scotch is probably a very effective way of neutralizing biological contaminants. Just let it sit a minute or two before you drink it /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yep Gary, this is what I have heard as well, and it fits my family dynamic. Tetracycline used to be given out willy-nilly in the early days of antibiotics. I was born in 1946, and have had yellow (but healthy) teeth since about then.
