Phil you are prepared for battle and flying objects, excellent.
when you put your face that close to the action, pays to be protected.
and all worthwhile when you see what truly wonderful stuff you create

Frits, did that unhappy lady expect you to levitate your parked car over a ways???
maybe just having a very bad day

Spike, that looks seriously expensive. Pretty soon these things will be flying much much higher and then
we have "space" issues, don't want to run into the tourists up there

Good morning TBN!!
57 this morning going to a mostly sunny 86 today.
Fairly productive day yesterday.
Got the PW up and serviced. Tested it on the tractor and my new Foam Cannon. Interesting. Worked good on the tractor. Then took it back down to the tank. The cannon did good. Sprayed the whole inside with a layer of Purple Power and Dawn mixture foam and let it work a little bit. Didn't help a bit that I could see. It will do good on vehicles though.
Put the battery back in the rider and got it fired up to run a bit and moved it back to the garage.
Also got the parts for the anti-siphon on garage spigot so I fixed that too.
Got some walking time with Takoda. 8k steps. First time in a while. I ride the 4 wheeler to the tank then mostly stand pretty still while washing so the step count hasn't been much over 5k
Plan today is to go see my G.sons first home. He is quite excited.
Probably do some errands while out and most likely stop at HF or Rural King. Right next to eachother and Lowes across the street. Wife may want to go there.

And now time for a second cup.
Everyone have a great and safe day!!

Good Morning,
Ct, feels like I’m in Texas this morning, 54 to start and the moon is the limit 😉😁

Dennis nice little Massey, has some similar lines to my Massey 1040.

Yesterday we had all the grands over for Easter Egg coloring. Quite a time and it seems we avoided any major disasters 😉

Need to get out and enjoy some of this Texas weather 😉

Hope all have a great day 🙏

Morning all, 67 going to 84 and cloudy.
Going to feel pretty hot.

Son took his GF to Manhattan, he planned it well and they had a great time. Took her to the seaport, the dumpling place in Chinatown I told him about and the Morgan library/mansion.
Since he will be away at college next year, it's good to see him able to navigate car to train to subway without us. Hard to believe he goes to college next year....

Went out in town, wandered around, starting to get crowded.
Bil and wife coming over tomorrow for Easter.
Time to go cut a check for my new truck. I pick it up Monday night.

Popgadget - was there a person under that dog :)
Amazing how many things you've been able to print, talk about a useful device in the right hands.

Sorry to hear about crazy women 7040, people get nuts about the strangest stuff.

Buppies - a dog, can't think of anything better for company.

Be well

Glad to share some of our warmth with y'all! It has been blowing like crazy off of the Gulf of America.

Come the first week of May I am going to talk to the accountant about selling the Kioti to my company. Mainly how long I can take to write off the purchase price and how many seasons before CRA (IRS to you guys in the 'states) expects me to make a profit. Or whether or not it is a good idea the go as a 'non-profit' business. Lots of questions and so far zero answers. But it must be working as good as new, first.
Down here, I would guess maybe an LLC which would limit your liability?

I love dogs, but they are high energy (and a lot of work) when young and I hope you have the energy. Companionship is a huge reward.
Prayers for your family.

Love Popgadget's hug picture he got from Zoe. Also nice indicator adapter.

I pass this on the way to work. Kind of an artsy fartsy old Texas scene. I should've taken the pic back in Jan when the grass was down. The old girl used to have a porch/lean to covering her, but maybe got blown off in a storm. Been sitting here for a long while.

Have a blessed weekend. It is special. We went to church last night for Good Friday service. Will go Easter morning too. Expecting stormy weather.

Interesting visit to the daughter yesterday where we were parked along the curb in the sprinter and a young girl pulled up in a new Suburban and proceeded to yell at wife sitting in the passenger seat "Fxxk You". Hard to understand what that was all about. Newly built neighborhood, plenty of space to get by. Maybe the entitlement of driving an expensive car. Who knows
too many women on "meds" these days maybe?

67°F and only .09 inches rain, Oahu got it

Cannot drive the BX over the midmount without FWD, but I was able to slide it out.
Missing the pin here
IMG_0648.jpg

Really hoped to find it lying on the midmount, in the clippings. Nope.
Then I was hopeful a 1/4 inch bolt might suffice. Nope, just a tad too big. And nothing suitable to be found in my inventory. So basically a 40 mile trip to town for a $3 part. Of course even getting 2 turned out to be cheapest purchase of trip.

So today that gets installed and tractor back together.

Prayers for all
Be safe
Have a great day

I’m obviously a huge dog fan (that happens to have a large dog). With that in mind, my advice might be biased, but I can’t imagine not having a dog in the house.
There is definitely a period as they grow up that makes you question your wisdom in getting a puppy, though that memory fades fast, and is way overshadowed by the companionship they so freely share.
When we lost Emily, Zoe’s predecessor, we said that we were too old to get another puppy. That lasted about two months before we started looking for a Landseer breeder. Now Zoe is two years old and brings a smile to my face every time I look at her.
So my opinion is do it, and the sooner the better.

made up two more smaller patio bean pots, watered all the flowers and veggies
some radishes starting to plump up
I was hoping to take some to my brother for Easter dinner tomorrow but will be another week.
disconnected the solar battery charger I had on the portable generator, easier than dragging cord and charger way over there.
generator battery one I want to be fully charged

sat outside for a while, lot of traffic noise and my eyes were getting itchy.
I wish I had a covered enclosed porch like Ron has.
he can look out over the South Forty and I'm sure he's got a
web connection nearby. With Sassy trying to decide on top of his feet or his lap.
A couple of you have a covered porch.
helps in case you've got some airborne biting critters
blood sucking diseased mini bats coming to bite you ;)
if so maybe get the heavy duty screens

my coffee company friends said coffee was going up 1.35 a pound
only a tiny bit of Kona grown in Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
hmmmmm
no tariff on Puerto Rican rum I bet
rum for the dumb
if you weren't dumb first, you soon will be
with continued use

nicely said Popgadget

I am with you on having a dog companion. Sassy was my wife’s dog until she passed. She left me a great companion. Size does not matter.

Good (Easter Sunday) morning. Overnight Low of 13.8C and it's presently 15.1C [heading to 22C], overcast & calm.

Yesterday's house 'sprucing' continued and a quick visit from the Senator (and her husband) happened.

I'm off to Church in about a half hour and then the rest of the day is His.

That's about it, take care all.

He is risen indeed!
