My understanding is if trees from neighboring falls on you, it’s up to you. Maybe different there.
That's how it works in my area also.

Saw that. But I don’t live in one of the nanny states listed.You guys looking at RVs watch this;
Not sure how the laws reads,but the unwritten law around these parts if tree trunk still connected on the landowners property it's up them to clean it up.My understanding is if trees from neighboring falls on you, it’s up to you. Maybe different there.
Hope it gets better and your on your feet soon.Tad over 2 hours at the ER this morning. Time well spent. CT Scan and urinalysis indicate I passed a kidney stone. Antibiotics and a pain med.
Had a stone removed in Sydney, Aus while on R&R in 1968, surgeon said I’d get another, likely in 20 years. Has been 56 so can’t complain. Ok, I could, but that would be a different take.
Ouch! Prayers.Morning mostly 2:56 up again I have messed my nerve that runs from waist to bottom of butt. Painful at times when it hits left leg let’s go. Hopefully back to sleep soon.
Sounds like a nice burial. Prayers.37 going to 63.
Sodamo, hope your problem is now solved and you'll be feeling better.
Wag, never heard of an echidna, so looked it up. Looks like a little porcupine.
Buppies, bad news about your leg...Hope it's better when you get up this morning.
Rip, terrible about your neighbor. Like some of you, I have to cross the road to get mail. Usually, it's quiet enough to hear anything coming, and I have good sight distance, but always stand back several yards when traffic present.
We laid my mom to rest yesterday, next to my dad, 2 of my sisters and many other family. A beautiful day and friends and family again, including some that couldn't make it to visitation. One lady, a couple of years older than me, who had lived nearby in that small town came up and said, "I bet you don't remember me." I said "Sure I do, I had a big crush on you when we were youngsters." She blushed like a little girl and said I had made her day.
