Good morning (well evening anyway)..... apparently my post this morning is lost somewhere in the cloud....
The low this morning was at 34, high only reached 62. The wind persisted throughout all of last night.... the strongest gust was at 01:44, 51mph. Woke me up and kept me awake until 04:00, when it slowed to 20-25 mph.
This morning, it was just breezy, but by 11:00, the wind was back with a vengeance. A gust of 64 was recorded this afternoon. I am hoping the weather guessers are correct and the wind subsides as predicted.
Mostly, yes I was able to get that last corner trim done. As I was packing up the tools, the wind really picked up. Got it done just under the wire!
Today picked up 4 - 2x4s to remake the shed doors, also a couple of boxes of pneumatic nails, and a gallon of builders grade paint..... $97.... the boxes of nails tripled in price! Things have gotten expensive. At least the 2x4s were back down in price....only $4.15
By the time I got home, it was time to pick up the 2 grandsons (early dismissal). Then got just over an hour out in the shop cutting the pieces for the doors. The knee started complaining, so called it quits. Tomorrow is another day.
I hope everyone had a great day!
