32 going up to 57 today, and 69 tomorrow! :dance1: (course I'd better not dance on the ice...)
headed downtown to pay for my Super A tires and install, then load up the truck with the old rusted out rims and old tires, I'll look
like a real Sanford & Son, and take them over to my neighbor who needs the tires badly. Then the expensive part, headed six blocks down the street to the
Kubota dealer, and pay the balance on my new lawn mower, and figure out when they are going to deliver it. I don't even have a place it will fit yet...

which means today is moving day.
Something has to move... and pretty sure it will be the tracvac. You all know how big those things are, hog up a lot of room.
This of course means I have to address the worst parts of my storage, so I can get an implement or two into that space, then I'm moving chess pieces around.
Guess I need another shed...been a busy year.
thinking like an rv site here, ok, plows and discs, which one of you gets the basic covered shed dirt sites, and which ones of you get the deluxe concrete pads? And for no extra cost, some of you get electric included? How am I doing Ron...

Basically I'm putting light stuff in the dirt, and heavier items mostly on rolling platforms like Ron's
chipper on the concrete. That's the plan... I am so tired of yanking on a crow bar trying to install a heavy implement sitting on dirt, am truly getting too old for this. So...brains over brawn, rolling implement holders. Lots of guys here have them, I haven't made any custom ones yet, squeaking by with redi-mades which can get precarious if the implement fall off.
of course I do like that idea of one tractor per implement. Seems sensible to me. '
The most important thing I have to do today is go take soil samples in the veggie field area and take them down to the feed store
where we will decide whether or not I need lime. My understanding is that if you don't get the PH right, you can lose
a large part of fertilizer's effectiveness. I don't have any distilled water at home so i guess I have to go buy a jug when I go out.
Guy said do not use tap water for tests.
