Did not make it to Menards today ... however I did remember to go renew my driver's license ... which expired today.
While I was over that way I stopped by Fish City and picked up a lid for the Magnum filter that The Squeak knocked off the kitchen counter and destroyed. Was kind of surprising it only broke the lid.
Also took an order from them for a 12 Julidochromis transcriptus and 6 Melanochromis auratus, which was all I had of the latter. Bill was interested enough that he offered to actually pay cash ... which is a little unusual IME ... typically they just offer store credit.
After that I swung by The Depot and got a gallon of Rustoleum Gloss Black paint for the racks and stand, a gallon of paint thinner, a Diablo 24T framing blade for the 7 1/4" circular saw, and framing shims to hang the door to fish room utility closet. Then I swung by Lowes and picked up a gallon of that Zinsser Mold and Mildew paint.
Main reason I skipped Menards was I needed to take the van ... and I realized I need to renew the registration ... it expired at the end of last year.
After I got home, I fixed the TV which The Woman informed me was no longer receiving any channels.
. I致e been a little more active today, made a grocery run, took my dogs for a walk, did a housework, my wife is sick now. Still have a cough, but the throat doesn稚 feel like a dirt road.
