But....it works. And it's organic. Maybe....all about the definitions.
Rotenone has been used as an organic[13] pesticide dust for gardens. Unselective in action, it kills potato beetles, cucumber beetles, flea beetles, cabbage worms, raspberry beetles, and asparagus beetles, as well as most other arthropods. It rapidly biodegrades under warm conditions, so harmful residues are minimal. A light dusting on the leaves of plants will control insects for several days.
Several days? I'm not dusting with this stuff every two days...yikes. As one's strawberries are covered in a layer of pesticide...yum.
Good reason to rewash anything you get in the store.
but yes RS, it may be all natural, but not sure I want to eat veggies covered in fish killer dust
