Hey Brin, you going to share some of those delicious pickles? You know, wave one in front of a camera and munch it for us? A pickle selfie...
txdon, thanks for crunching the numbers. I don't want to be a slave to a property, but it is good exercise for me, if I'm careful to not overdo it.
which of course I always do...that isn't likely to change.
I think hiring a mowing service for the beginning makes a lot of sense; I sure will have my hands full selling one house and setting up another. All by myself too.
btw, need to mow 9 months a year, not six.
of course, if I sit down in that JD seat and don't want to leave, well....
actually I could hire a person to use my mower when desired, and certainly to do the trimming.
lots of possibilities.
Mostly, I learned to carry a hd power pack with me when going boating with my little boat. Just never knew what switch got whacked, though I did try to remember to
turn off the main switch near the battery. My little boat has been sitting for two years unused. Maybe this Fall I will be taking pictures while poking my nose out timidly into the Pamlico River. And I'll stay out of the way of the Fountain speed boats being factory tested there.
There's a boat plant right in Washington, Fountain and one other company now. That will make a fun visit when the dust settles.
just to look, just to look. Actually it will be a TBN photo opportunity. I'm sure they have a tractor there somewhere...
