EA single lid grapple build quality?

I received my 50" single lid root grapple from EA the other day and finally got the diverter installed and hooked up the grapple.

At first the grapple looked great but the more I look at it the more I wonder if I should call EA and complain. The supporting vertical tines in the center of the grapple are not square and are noticeably slanted. When sitting on the tractor and raising the loader it also looked like the whole grapple to slightly slanted.

I might be a little picky but for $1500+ I expect this thing to be perfect. Am I being unreasonable?

If you're talking about things which should be square and vertical not being square and vertical then I don't think you're being at all unreasonable ... assuming you're not talking about an inconsequential amount.

Anybody producing implements like this professionally, on a production basis should be using a fixture or jig to ensure repeatability and consistency of quality of their builds.

All that stuff should be straight/square when you get it new. My experience has been (at least in my use of a Markham/Gator grapple) that things won't stay straight and square for long.

EA is building a new grapple for me Rick at EA has been a great help.
Looks like it was just one that fell through the cracks.

This was my second attachment purchased from EA and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another.
