Just an idea but, a friend of mine had the same issue in Washington. His solution was buying a flat railroad car and I guess they can be picked up for cheap. From my understanding this is common practice in WA and OR.

Airic, I am not sure I understand you point. Do you mean buy a flat railroad car to replace the bridge?
