I've cut several tires using a 7 1/4" circular saw with a fine tooth carbide tipped blade. It does smoke so you have to go slowly. The carbide blade will cut the wire bead but I usually snip them first with a bolt cutter.

My plan was to cut a 6 foot tire in half, then bury each half 1 foot deep. Lot less digging and easier to move, and my goats are small so 2 feet tall is plenty.

I have no idea, really. I lifted the pics off the 'net. The second one looks like 14.9 - 24. ??

Tire shop might do it for cheap ($50), but given tire season ... you might need to wait a bit before they get to it. i think OP wants two large halves, so perhaps only ends buried ???
