I'd go to Lowes and get a 60" Hustler with a Kawasaki engine for $4.4k (minus 10% if you're a veteran). Much faster, keeps hours off the tractor.

Some of the best advice I’ve read on this forum is to keep a dedicated ZT mower for grass. Nothing mows as fast as a zero turn. The wife likes it too which really cuts down on my mowing time ;-)

Same rules apply for a ZT as with a tractor. Find a great dealer and go from there. I’m blessed to have a Kubota, Toro, Stihl shop that can supply me with just about everything I need.

Another option I'll throw out there is a good flail mower will make a better cut than a brushhog and let you mow the heavier stuff as well. Granted it's not as nice of a cut as a finish mower but it's good enough for me.
