Boy if you could fit them in an oven you might get a harder and shinier finish.I used CNH Acrylic enamel. Supposedly "chip and abrasion resistant"
Ha ha... that's what I did. Here is a picture of four 'boots' with swivel casters I made for a steel table that I rescued and restored. They did fit in my wife's oven and she did wonder what the smell was when she came home. I had to confess.I don't think they'll fit in the oven. If they did fit, I'd go with it's easier to beg forgiveness than ask permission.

Thank you... Yep! It serves as my 4ft by 8ft welding table, add a sheet of 1/4in plywood and it is my outfeed/assembly table for wood projects, add a panel of pink foam insulation and it is my sheet goods break down table.Nice work  I'm sure the outfeed table serves double duty as an assembly table.

its humbling to see that many shelves empty. wont happen around here.
Ha ha. Those adjustable shelf units are for my wife's shoes! I'm building her a clothes closet.
^^^^ Looks really good! It's finally over!! :dance1: The pics are self explanatory. The 2 with the stump are a tad blurry, I was so excited to get some work done, I guess I was shaking a little. Now I have to decide if I want RimGuard or wwf for ballast. I would definitely recommend the electrolysis method for removing rust. I'm thinking of doing the front wheels next year. It will be quicker because I should be able to put both wheels in the stock tank, instead of 1 rear wheel at a time.
