Anyone build a Jamaica timber frame kit?

I stumbled into these folks website a couple years ago. That was after someone had mentioned Clydesdale Frames out of Kansas in a TBN thread. I've read a few threads on building timber frames. It's a bit of a drive/fly to Jamaica Vermont but I have considered it. I like their Vermont cabin which is in several sizes but mostly small. I want 2 bedrooms and 1 bath over a walk out basement. I've seen at least one video they made along with the video by Lumnah Acres building a small barn from the kit. I just asked them if by some chance they had a customer in the midwest that i could look at their home and waiting a response.

I've also talked to Midwest Timber frames in north central Missouri.
