8N Valve Adjustment Procedure

If anyone could post a step-by-step procedure of how to adjust the valves on an 8N I would really appreciate it. I've got a fair amount of mechanical ability and the I&T manual, but the procedure listed in that book is a bit lacking. I already have the special tools needed for this job. The guys at the local dealer were real resistant to give any service advice. The service manager would just get mad and quote their labor rate. So, I also went elsewhere for parts. Probably part of the reason they went out of business. Thanks for any help.

don't you have to grind them to spec like most of henry's flatheads? if so, order you a set of adjustable tappets......won't be too much for a 4 cyl.

Also.. get an I&T fo-4 manual.. good infor in there for servicing the tractor.. etc.
