you need to figure out what’s leaking before you start digging into it. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there that show you exactly what you’re in for. The seals are specific from Bobcat. As for the bearings mine were very common they were available on Amazon.

As previously mentioned make sure all hydraulic cylinders are in correct position. Normally retracted when checking. As far as using non-recommended oil it’s up to you but these machines are awful expensive to be taking chances. I would probably use the correct oil.

No I never did sell it. I had a couple of people that seemed really interested in it but they kept beating me up on price and everything I look at to replace it with is so expensive I just decided to keep it. so I just pulled it off the market.

I talked to the local kioti dealer today. He is a pretty informed guy. He said he hadn’t heard anything about it. But I think maybe what’s happening is the bobcat tractor division is separating to some degree from daedong (kioti).

Yeah good point for sure. You’re pretty much limited to a breaker or an auger. Doubt you’d be able to run any kind of mower on this but honestly I don’t know. Also his price on attachments like tilt buckets and breakers are Close to half of what the namebrand stuff is.

I don’t think that’s diesel fuel. I’m not sure what you have going on but somethings definitely up. I have had my overflow leak out when I’m on uneven ground but never had a hose blow out. I’m guessing you have something blocked in there some where. Keep us updated with what you find.

Replacing is definitely the best option however. I have seen thin pieces of rubber Hoseclamped over some pressurized leaks before that held up for quite some time. Not sure how much pressure you’re talking about at that particular fitting. But if it’s high pressure I wouldn’t mess around.

Some of the relays on the firewall are incorrectly marked in manuals. Not sure what all models are affected but My 225 is listed incorrectly as relay locations. So I would check all relays on firewall. Try swapping one around if they’re the same. There should be three of them right together

Can’t say that I ever noticed any grinding noise. Is it only when the tractor is moving or is it constant when it’s running. And I’m not sure about the vent I wouldn’t think that would be an issue unless water got in there. How’s the fluid look?

Sounds a bit sketchy I would try to find a way to Trailer it. But if you decide to drive it try to pick a time of day that would have the least amount of traffic. And make sure you have plenty of flashers.

Best way I found is when your tires are packed full is to park your tractor outside of your shop in the grassy area where you won’t mind the dirt coming off. Wait till the next day or two when the mud is all dry and when you drive it will mostly all fall out. Works great.

One of two things happened. The rod guide is on upside down. Leaving The outer tube too high. Or someone cut the indicator Rod too short. I suspect the first option. See if it can be flipped over.

Normally they are adjustable. you set them where you want to let you know when you have a level bucket. Yours may be set to high. If you have to go below flush to make it work you could always put some paint on the rod to give you an indicator of where is level.
