we always use a regular soft bolt, the bolts are supposed to shear to protect the shaft and other components. thats the whole reason behind not making it a splined shaft. use regular cheap bolts, we used to use a 3/8 bolt.

I would not pull or pry too much or hard on it. you take a risk of damaging the shaft internally. if all else fails I would cut a slit in the drive shaft yoke to free & remove & replace the yoke.

only difference is off road has a dye in it. you do not want to get caught with the off road in your tagged on road vehicle,it can cost a lot of money and trouble. the off road does not have a road state tax on it so it's cheaper

I add 1 quart to 5 gallons on mine. it helps lube the injection pump and cylinders since the older tractors depend upon the sulfur and more oil in the diesel fuel for lubrication and todays diesel is more climate friendly so it has low sulfur and less oil in it
