yes,they can. while I had my obsolete radiator in a radiator shop I researched and found new ones were cheaper in the Netherlands. too late, I called to cancel the job and it was already completed, repaired the smashed bottom tank and a recore, cost me a little over $1000. and it was for my 18hp international 234

Robbins Radiator Works in Daytona Beach can recore yours if your tanks are good, top bottom and sides. Old school craftsmanship still in business doing the nasty work with lead and acid. Its worth it. Just two days and mine was done for my MT 372 D I sent a branch through four for five verticals. I found ONE new in box some one wanted 1700 for, they probably still have it, and always will. Ill drive to a big metroplitan area and find an old school Rad shop to repair, before I pay $1700, and laugh all day at their ****ty attitude over the phone. I could buy trinkets ans small parts from them fr my gir if I wanted to, but- piss on them- I do give my business to Valley Power in Roanoke if I need something, and they have it.

I had a Satoh Beaver and finally broke down and pulled the radiator off. Called a reputable radiator shop that was 60 miles away and took the radiator. A week later they called and said it needed to be rebuilt. They sent it off for 3 weeks to another shop. It ended up being $300 but was just like a new radiator. My tractor no longer runs hot when loading it down bush hogging. They recorded the radiator. I’m in South Carolina.

they had to repair my bottom tank,a stump crushed it and split it. still more then what it should have been. no one in the USA had a rebuilt or new radiator for it.could not find anything by the international part #. I finally surfed by the pic of mine and all dimensions including mounting holes, neck size and position, found one after 3 weeks of surfing in the netherlands. Mitsubishi built these international 234's for international, mitsubishi is still using these same radiators in new mitsubishi tractors. it would have been $350 with vats and international shipping from the dealer in the Neatherlands. I checked with the radiator shop and they just finished mine so I was too late. had to pay the $1000. I did get the mitsubishi part # for the radiator and shared it in the archives of tractorbynet
