I also thought it was just a basic connector, just thought I’d throw it out there just in case. Going to replace both cables and have them made with ring terminals and use a marine or military style terminal.

Here are the pictures, and I agree it doesn’t makes sense to me to have a fusible link feeding the fuse, and the diagram doesn’t really show one. However it also doesn’t makes sense to put a plug in connector that bolts to the battery terminal when they could have just put a crimped eye terminal.

I’d check battery cables/clamps. I had to replace the positive cable and clamp because of corrosion inside the cable on a similar machine. Also when the battery is out might want to disconnect the ground wire to battery tray/frame connection and clean it up with a wire brush or emery cloth,

I have a similar box. I drilled some drainage holes then put pvc pipe in the 4 corners to hold shovel, rakes etc and filled with 500 lbs pea gravel for total of about 600lbs.

I have a 54” Woodmax on a 22 hp tractor. It’s about 4 years old and haven’t had any issues with it other than a couple broken knives from hitting rocks. Believe it’s quite a bit heavier than the advertised 410 lbs. Delivery carrier estimated 600 lbs after shipping crate removed.

Pretty sure many Kubota and other brands of newer tractors use orbital valves with no direct connection between the steering wheel and the front wheels. The steering wheel operates the valve and sends hydraulic fluid to a cylinders connected to the tie rods.

Not sure what size tractor you have, but you may want to match chain size/grade or cable to the load you’ll be pulling. The 1/4 HF chain while easy to work with has a working load limit of 1250 lbs vs 7/16 grade 70 chain with a 8750 lb working load. But way heavier to work with.

Anything is possible, but seems unlikely two rotors would have the same issue. Could be bearings, pulley alignment, rotor alignment excessive pulley or shaft runout. Also might want to pull the hammers and weigh each of them to see how close they are. While hammers are of see if vibration still...

Here’s a wiring diagram for the Max which has an MHI S3L engine. When the key is turned to start, both coils are energized, when the key is released to run, the pull in coil drops out and the holding coil stays energized.

I think the 3016 has a similar MHI engine as the Max. If so it has an energize pull in coil, and an energized holding coil. It de energizes to shut off.

My tractor has a MHI motor, believe yours is TYM. But the specs for the glow plug are 10.5v at 9.7amps. There are 3 plugs wired to a common buss. No resistors between the relay and buss. The buss connector has fusible link. Glow plugs should measure 0.55 ohms. Don’t know if this helps

Going along with crashz many years ago had a vw diesel that was losing coolant and overheating. Turned out to be a blown head gasket pressurizing the coolant system and blowing it out the coolant tank overflow.

agree with roadworthy Had to replace the positive cable on my Max. It had really bad corrosion of the cable wiring under the insulation. Also had an issue with the ground/frame connection. Had to remove and clean it up with some sandpaper.

Never replaced mine. I’ve been reusing the original . 650hr no leaks. You can probably find the part number on mahindra parts catalog online and order one.

Doesn’t a block heater, and a coolant heater in the lower radiator hose do the same thing. They both heat the coolant which flows through the system by convection. Big difference I think is block heaters tend to be higher watts.

eMax tractors are not the same as the Max series. The Max and some of the other smaller Mahindras are MHI machines from Japan. Believe the eMax is Korean made by TYM I believe. So the referenced wiring diagram is not applicable. Sorry

Had a similar issue on a Mahindra that had a 22 hp MHI with a Bosch fuel injection. Turned out to be a leaking seal on the fuel injection pump. Luckily it was covered under warranty as it was quite an expensive repair.

It looks like the sticker in one of your pictures shows the loader was made by KMW. That’s who made mine and I’ve been very happy with it.

Believe you can get one for about 30 bucks on eBay if you have a Mitsubishi S3L motor. Type in fuel solenoid Mitsubishi S3L.

Heres the spec from the manual. Dont recall if you have to pull the gearbox. I did and its pretty easy. Don’t have to remove the pulley and it’s only a few bolts.

I have a 60 midmount on a smaller max made by Amerquip. I had to remove the gearbox to change the oil. Not very difficult. Took standard gear oil, either 80 or 90 wt. I’ll check when I head out to the barn

This is what I did for a mid mount mower shaft. Can’t take credit someone else had the idea. Works well.

Was having trouble with 2 of the female connectors on my loader so I made up a couple of these. Connect them to the loader when I take it off, crack the needle valve to relieve the pressure and they connect easily to the tractor.

Believe it’s from a Max 26 but should be the same.

Item 14 is the fuel filter. It is a pretty fine mesh. Be pretty tough to get something in the tank if it’s in place.

Here’s a picture from a Mitsubishi manual believe you’d should be similar. Mahindra had problems with the solenoid on a number of the max tractors and replaced them under warranty. Might want to check with the dealer
