Well according to this user instruction sheet I found on the internet, you have to wire the two line input terminals together for this to work as a spdt. Note this bottom schematic, shows both lines wired together, then load1 or load2 will work for this application.

Would it not be better to know what is causing the vibration ? If the engine is running good and there is no knocking sound from it, maybe it's just a bunch of dirt, grass, mouse nest in the flywheel causing an imbalance. Or it could be that the mounting bolts are loose. Richard

I am not really familiar with that unit, but seeing as how it shut down on both fuels, maybe there is a problem with the generator output. Is it being over-loaded or perhaps the mains/standby switch is not working.

Just looking at the photos, it appears that the bar is not supported by the frame member, but is in a position that would block any forward movement. If you could get a better photo with more light, we could better see how this is suppose to work. Richard

Is the engine a Kawasaki FC540V engine ? If so, it uses a pulse type pump. Did you check the operation of the old pump ? As Roadworthy said, are you sure you have the hoses connected properly ? Make sure that the pulse line hose is connected to the pulse port on the engine and that it is not...

Typically, it's the bearings in the clutch are rusted and thus always engaged. You could try disconnecting the clutch connector at the clutch and then try again. Seems unlikely that the power to the clutch is stuck on. If it was, your battery would be dead the next day. Richard
