We had a successful day at the dyno with the L3240. The L3240 Turbo was able to match my L2501’s 44 HP / 35 PTO HP.
However, it is worth noting, the owner of the tractor wanted to keep EGT’s well below 1,100 degrees (1,041 degrees in this case) and settled on a fuel setting of 1 1/2 turns which produced 33 PTO HP.
During this testing session it was great to see how small incremental adjustments in the fuel settings affected performance while on the dyno.
Overall, the L3240 and S2T Turbo Kit performed flawlessly and provided incredibly consistent performance throughout the testing and dyno session. We’re very pleased with the results and the customer is extremely happy!
