Solar Battery tender for dump trailer

I am wanting to put a solar battery tender on my dump trailer. Any suggestions of what to get? I was looking at Battery Tender 021-1163 5W Solar Maintainer Amazon.com: Battery Tender 21-1163 5W Solar Maintainer: Automotive

I would opt for the 15 watt panel.
At 830 milliamps you'll have that added reserve for those cloudy days.

On the trailer how would you mount it so it wasn’t likely to succumb to breakage?

I was just gonna mount it on top the pump box. Maybe make a cover on a hinge so when trailer parked and not in use you just flip it up to charge

I have a 20 watt Renology panel hard mounted to the pump box on my power tilt deckover. A BatteryMINDer charge controller desulfator. Amazon.com: BatteryMINDer SCC-18 12-V, 16 Amp, 18-Watt Solar Battery Charger/Maintainer/Desulfator - Designed for Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, ATV, Boat, RV, etc.: Industrial & Scientific I used the Renology pannel as Ive had good luck with them in the past, it fit the box & had good mounting brackets. Happy with the setup.

Mine is mounted flat facing up on the tongue box. I got a 20 watt panel which is overkill. On most RVs & trailers it's way easier & cheaper to go overkill on panels & just flat mount them. Sun tracking systems, or even just making a mount so you can angle them is complex & expensive. At least compared to a fixed mount.
