New member. Chose this username because everything I own seems to be orange. I never noticed it until someone brought it up one day. All my tools are Ridgid, all my small engine stuff is Husqvarna, my half ton is Orange, guess it makes sense to be looking at a Kioti. Have it narrowed down to a 2510 (cheap and make due) or 3510SE. Want to purchase by winter so I've got some time to make up my mind.... But it'll be orange....

Why not just go in the middle with a CK2610? Same size as the 3510, but no emissions. By the way.. welcome to TBN! You might want to start this discussion in the Kioti forum.

You could also look at the other orange tractor. In any case I'd only consider something above 25 horsepower if it was pre 2014 or so. I don't personally care for the emissions stuff they've slapped on. It's not the idea of the emissions control it's more that they haven't worked out the bugs and when the warranty is up the emissions stuff gets expensive.

When I compared the SE to the Standard - the cost of the added features on the SE, many I had planned on ordering, put the SE on the top of the list - there is no worries about the 35 hp, mines done a couple of automatic regens - no issues - overall very pleased with it........

I thought about that, but there's a few complaints from people with hilly terrain that say they wish they'd spent the extra on the 35hp. I don't see the same complaints on the 2510. Maybe because it's lighter and smaller wheels?

I find the Deere and Kubota dealerships around here just want you to buy because they're the best....The Kioti dealership is willing to explain everything in great detail and actually put the effort into selling the tractor

Yeah I haven't seen any complaints on emissions stuff. Not too excited over it

What are the added features of the SE I am trying to decide right now between the SE and Standard? Looks like you loose some PTO HP with the SE.
