I have been trying to build a storage shed for the last 3-4 years. I need to get my step side pickup out of the elements as well as some other items. The lumber was sawed 3 years ago and is a little rough but the trees weren't exactly high quality to begin with, the price was right though. The building is 16-34 with 8ft walls and 10ft ceiling with door to match. Unlike most projects I actually remembered to take pictures this time. Yeah they are handy but I still ended up standing all the rafters by hand and by myself. Talk about being sore.

Looks like a nice shed, but what are your plans for a few years from now when those logs start rotting out from under you?

Looking good BK! All ready have snow, eh?

Yeah we had a good foot that melted. I could tell something was blowing in as I was putting on the roof cap, I'm so glad I finished because the next morning everything was covered.

Interesting build. I'm enjoying all your pics and how you do things up there. I'm looking forward to see how how you finish off that front framing.

Haha. Don't judge off of what I'm doing, I have zero experience and learn or teach myself as I go along. I did finish the front framing the other day but forgot to take a picture. Work was down for three weeks so I got lots done but it's going to be full bore now till Christmas so I'm hoping to get the last bit of sheeting done if I have an early day, the rest will have to wait until spring breakup.
