Beautiful morning, headed to 50s with frost on grass currently. Septic pumper will be here Friday, fixed flapper on toilet, cleaned valve again. All seems fine for now.

Grand daughter moved into her own bedroom. She will be 3 this Friday and such a joy to be around. Daughter leaves for work early and before she leaves, puts baby monitor in our room so we can hear when grand daughter gets up.. only she doesn't always make noise now. I found her in the living room, jabbering away this morning sitting in chair looking out window. She was going on about her Mommy going to work and it was not dark out anymore... She is in bed with Nana now watching cartoons while I work.

that sounds like fun. I'm sure today's cartoons are quite different than the ones I watched in the fifties. Which was rarely because we were late adopters on tv. Spending quality time with your granddaughter, priceless.
Soon she will be ready for her tractor ride....

She wants on the tractor all the time... sometimes we drive it around the yard just because.

My kids actually like the older cartoons better. They say they are made "better". Old Tom & Jerry, Woody Woodpecker, Old Pink Panthers with no talking, just Henri Mancini music, old Warner Bros.

One of my favorites was Pete the Puma getting pummeled by Bugs Bunny about lumps of sugar.

Good evening all. 60F this morning, near calm and clear. winds came up about 1 PM, with gusts to about 25 or so. temp made it to 86F, and a trace of rain when the cold front came through. Tomorrow high about 68F and wind 23-35 . Short ride today, put down some weed and feed to cut down on sand burrs, and some consulting for work.

53 going to 76...hit 83 yesterday.

Up too early. Going to drive down to listen for gobbling at daybreak on a farm I plan to hunt opening day.

Then back for some coffee roasting, outside chores and Orioles game on TV.

Old cartoons are the best...need some grand kids so I'll have an excuse to watch.

Good morning. Clear skies overnight, this time with just enough warmth in the air to avoid a frost. Not sure if the sun will still be there by the time it has made it round to shine into the house (most of our heat gaining windows face west). I feel like being lazy and not lighting a fire this morning. The heat pump should easily manage to make up any defficiency in house temperature in exchange for a few hard earned pennies going to the electricity company.

Maybe not alone, although really good QA guys are certainly a rare species

I have met many quality managers and external auditors. The worst do nothing much to enhance "Quality", just consistency in following procedures. The best QA managers only take that as a starting point and do a lot more in helping everyone make terrific products and for their company to be one that customers like to deal with.

Mostly, do you make software for re-sale, or is it simply another type of "tool" to assist in manufacturing ?
