My son wants one for a manual tie round baler, JD 448, tired of getting a crick in his neck looking back when tying. This looks like it would work very well for not much money. It also says you can reverse the the screen for mirror or non-mirror image. Thanks for the links.

Can you turn the lines off, they want to just it use to monitor the baler shape indicators and tying off?

I thought when i first got it I turned the lines off someway but know I can't figure it out. Maybe I was mistaken, I think the lines may be built into the camera. I thought Eric said he got the same camera without the lines.

Great find for $50.
I just ordered 2 monitors and 4 cameras. One for the tractor and one for my truck.

I went with a suction cup mount like Bullet's with a 7 inch monitor and it shakes too much with the tractor in motion. If you hard mount the monitor you shouldn't have a problem.

Last week I ordered up an AgCam with the 9" monitor and two cameras and a 3 suction mount from Ram. The Ram mount came yesterday and is very solid, no monitor shake but the mount alone cost $100.

If you don't need it on all the time, just for specific activities, you could try iBall or Swift Hitch which can be moved/mounted at will (magnetically).
Bob
Beware of the Swift Hitch unless they have changed. I had one and didn't use it much and the battery died after several years but only about 6 uses. Irreplaceable battery. They offered to sell me a whole new system for a SLIGHT discount. And reception was often marginal at the back end of my F350.

Check out www.tadibros.com for cameras.
GOOD link!

/edit - further perusal it seems they sell one that will work with my android Galaxy note.

I'd like to pull the trigger on this for my skid steer. For this install I will need a rigid mount to a steel surface. I'd like to use a RAM mount, but how can I adapt the monitor to the RAM ball?

Ram mounts are about the best out there by far.

Ram makes a ball mount with 2 screw holes. Its a universal mount. What Id do is get some good double sided tape (3m trim mount tape) and stick it to the back of the monitor, then mount it wherever you want it.

I bought the AgCam Monitor and a Ram mount and there is a metal slot in the rear of the monitor. There is a T-bolt that gives you a couple inches of up and down adjustment to the monitor and it holds the monitor great.

I have been using the tractor to clear and load brush. I have also moved a few trailers and it is nice to be able to watch the trailer on the monitor. I'm really liking the backup camera. So far I have not had any issues with the monitor shaking.

If you guys think the rear cam is nice, you should try a front bucket cam.
It's good for pallet forks, but I like it best when I just see the blades of grass just tipping over and I pickup just the sticks rocks etc and leaving no grass or turf biffed up. Plus you know what you picked up and what your didn't get in real time.
But then again your pride gets hurt because people might think you can't operate a tractor because they don't need a front cam and you do.
I smile and say Ok, I see what others try to feel.
