Also GUILTY of most of the above:laughing: When we go shopping I drive past all of our local tractor dealers, takes a little longer to get to the supermarket but.............. Now where's the CAT dealer.

The tractor guys & gals I sometimes encounter admit to the insidious post-work tractor pause. You finish your mowing, brush work or whatever... You park the tractor in the shed... You turn off the engine and lower the FEL and 3PointHitch... Then you just sit. The sudden absence of the tractor sound, perhaps some birds and breeze noises... You just sit for minute after minute just enjoying the tractor's presence, its capabilities, its power... You just sit and enjoy before getting down to do whatever it is that then needs doing.

Most real tractor folks do that sometimes... So do I.
