Try looking inside the fuel tank for sediment, slime, ect.. sometimes it will settle to the bottom of the tank in an hour and block the fuel line.

I would drain the tank clean it out & start over with fresh fuel. All that can be done without removing it, then move to the fuel lines for inspection.

Then check the fuel filter again (yes again) and bleed it.

Bleed the injector pump, and see if it will start.

well great idea's but the fuel tank is less than a month old, I will however dump the remaining fuel and start from scratch, and put in a new fuel filter. but all this will need to wait a week as my son has a archery bull elk tag and I need to scout for him. he is in oregon at college and he was drawn for elk here in AZ. I will keep you all posted on what I find an again thanks for all the help and great idea's.

Please don't use starting fluid. It can be really bad stuff for a small diesel.

You mean like busted pistons, or bent rods? I just replaced 2 pistons in a YM2000 that a guy used ( a little bit ) of starting fluid.

Contact Wayne at Little Miami Trading Company or Hoye tractor. I don't believe you can get it at an auto parts store??

i buy all my parts from hoyetractor.com Very extensive parts list, buy online, and good service. I'm not sure about sourcing such from local stores, i haven't tried...

about starting, yea, startig fluid is a big no-no. causes an explosion in the engine... you might try other things like more heat, more air... and if you are crazy like me, when it's down to like 10F (ah, them days are coming..) i've used propane towards the intake manifold... yeah, flame propane.. anyway, that's probably not your problem and i'm starting to ramble...

stay away from starter fluid and ether...
