Try looking inside the fuel tank for sediment, slime, ect.. sometimes it will settle to the bottom of the tank in an hour and block the fuel line.
I would drain the tank clean it out & start over with fresh fuel. All that can be done without removing it, then move to the fuel lines for inspection.
Then check the fuel filter again (yes again) and bleed it.
Bleed the injector pump, and see if it will start.
