This is the 3 point system on an Iseki 1300. I have a four foot brush hog and I was going to hook up limiter chains. I have a schematic in my manual, but it does not say what the various little welds are for. #1 in my picture is where I would assume one end of the chain would go. But that little weld looks kinda weak. And I guess the other end would attach to the #3 on each side? And what are those little chains that hook together for? And #4 is just a small bolt that is rusted and holds nothing.

So any help would be appreciated.

The limit chains on my mower hook to a slotted bracket that fits on with the top link. The light chains on the lower arms I use when there's nothing attached at the three point so the arms don't flop around. The parts book doesn't describe them other than 'lower link chains'. They seem sturdy enough for that task though.
