Yep, the Eagles not only leaking oil, they forgot to put the oil plug back in the oil pan.

Never paid much attention to him in the day - but he was one heck of a runner!

Imagine if he had a great O-line in front of him.
He was a star on some really bad teams. Difficult to shine that brightly.

The documentary was not very favorable to Ford ownership of the Lions saying they failed to build a team around his greatness.

One of the weaknesses of the average football fan is the lack of understanding of why a running back is effective and makes long gains (not you MoKelly-this is just a generalization)
Its called blocking.
Without tough, smart blocking only the greatest ever get out of the back field-like Barry Sanders.
When I watch fans watch football, all they watch is the ball itself-just like a youth football player only watches the QB handle the ball, while the receiver they were supposed to cover runs right by them.
I like to watch the players develop the play right off the snap. Like if the guards heads stay down, it’s usually run. If the guards heads pop up, it’s usually pass. Then I look for pins & pulls, etc.
Football is so much more fun to me when watched this way.

Lions should make the playoffs. Only gotta win 1 game.
Lions won't make it to superbowl. What I want to see is hooker starting the last game against the vikings. He's cleared medically and signed to the 53 man roster. He should have been studying the play book all season and he has a couple weeks to practice.
This isn't college anymore, I wanna see how he does against starters. Not next years preseason against rookies and 3rd stringers. Won't happen but it would be nice. A lot of rookie QB's did good this year.
As for the eagles....fire Patricia. I swear he has pics of someone's wife. Only thing I can think of on why he has a job yet.

He's a POS. Under his play calling lock ran ot down 92 yards and I think lock had more incompletions than completions on that drive.
Patricia helped destroy the lions.

Really looking forward to the 49ers and Ravens game today. Both top of their Conferences with 11-3 records. Should be a good one.

Yes. The Chiefs are having issues scoring and are sloppy. All on the offense. Gave up 2 defensive TDs —- 14 of the 20 points scored by LV. Not good.

Ravens were beyond impressive considering they thumped the 49ers in SF. Wow! If the Ravens keep this up for the remainder of the season and Lamar stays healthy, they are where my money is. Eagles were so-so against the Giants, but at least they pulled out a win.

After Sunday's game, I'm pretty sure the Cowboys won't be there. They got everybody rooting but dropped two games in a row. The play calling was terrible. That's not how they play at home games. The best they can do now is a wild card spot. I doubt they'll make it out of the first round.

And "my" team. The Seahawks. After whatever happened between Wilson and management - this team looks like a large flag - flailing in the wind. Like a large supertanker - in reverse with no rudder.
