dealer sells land pride grapples. he recommended an sgc1560 and that was what i was going to buy. then the dealer says he can not get that one until late may but he can get an sgc1572. will be using on a 2018 l47 tlb kubota. would you go with the sgc1572 instead? it is one foot wider and 100 pounds heavier. do not need the grapple right now so there is no rush to get one of either size. bottom line, which grapple would you buy?
Yep. Their grapples are popular on this site and are well made (I have one).
Keep in mind that grapples with long lower tines extend out from the tractor farther than a bucket. When making a turn the grapple will run into stuff when a bucket the same width would not. If you're operating in tight areas you might want a narrower grapple because of this. Also the material you're picking up makes a difference- for things like logs a wide grapple isn't much of an advantage.
so how do you like your l47 tlb? i have used an l35 tlb and this is what sold me on the l47 tlb. forgot to ask, do you have a grapple, and, if so which one. i am looking at the land pride because of 0% financing.
I like it only 50 hours so far , No grapple I have the 4-1 bucket I use my l3800 more in the winter because I have the Agrex Tractor PTO Fertilizer Spreader with sand in it for the winter
