I went with the R1s. I took these photos because that's the last time the bucket or hour meter will ever be like they are now. Now I have to decide between a box blade or a grading scraper. I want to maintain my gravel driveway and strip about 3" of soil from around my garage and add stone. Any suggestions as to which would be better?

Congratulations on the new purchase. I second Ductape's vote for the boxblade. I think you will find it to be better suited for removing material than the grader blade. It will also work wonders on the driveway as well.

Congratulations! My B3200 looked like that till last Saturday and then I put my first hour on it.
Box blade will do about all a grader blade will do plus much more. Box blade.

Very nice setup, and I do like the color orange. Is that fluid on photo1 on the floor of left rear tire Armor-All? Oh excuse me I have to go put a coat of Mothers wax on my new B3200.

It's just water. The day before we had a driving wet snow that lasted all day & into the night. Some got in the ridge vent and left a puddle right on the seat! But don't think it won't get a coat of wax when it warms up a bit. Protecting the investment and all.
I think I'll go with the box blade. Thanks for the responses.

I bought a 3 way scrapper blade with my first tractor. It did not do well cutting through tuff, just spreading material. I ended up with a box blade as the next earth moving implement. It is what I should have bought the first time. You can use your top link to aid adjusting the box blade to level and move loose material.

Go with a Box blade...
I have both a scrape blade and a box. They both have their uses.
But for the driveway- the Box it the tool to use...
