Here's the cart that i went with for the Prime welder , a Harbour freight cart for $54.00 on sale .
turned out ok for my needs , main thing is nothings sticks out past the sides to get caught on etc..
the top square tubes over the welder was from a old BBQ grill that i saved the tubes from .

I like yours but the one I assembled has a nice big drawer on it.. Seems my wheels are larger as well.

I'm now looking for a 50ft extension cord now so I can move the machine into the summer use garage.

I have that same cart but I think I paid $19 for it new. That's how old it is. You must have added the tank shelf. At present, I have it topped with a plank of wood and a tool and die grinder on it.

I had the kart you show in the first post. I didn't like it because the top shelf was angled. That seems like a good feature but with the welder on it, the welder interfered with the tank. I remember shimming the back of the welder up with a block of wood. I later dropped the front of the shelf and cut-off the extra support to make it level. I still use that cart for a plasma cutter.

When I got the Vulcan 220, I bought the HF cart with all the drawers and the helmet storage area.

I bought wire of the appropriate gauge and put welder connections on it. Doubt you'll find it premade.
