My son and I are just completing a project of finishing off one end of my pole barn so we can have a heated work shop. Anyone have an idea of a good way to weatherstrip the 12' x 12' sliding door?

use garage door weatherstrip for the sides and top fastened to the frame. then garage door bottom fastened to the door, for the bottom.
use small turnbuckles or loadbinders sides and bottom to pull the door tight to the building.

You can work variations on the theme, like where to mount the WS depending on your door and framing and WS available locally. The key are the loadbinders to pull the door tight so the WS can do its job.
