I just recently installed Starlink for my neighbor, their farm is in a low area that prevents cell service for the most part unless you are standing in the "Just Right" spot and we all live far enough out that ATT gave up maintaining the copper lines ages ago. We have spaghetti on the ground where they have strung wire in the ditches between pedestals over the years and it usually gets cut when the county mows, if they mow at all.I don't have cell service in my home so I use wifi calling with my cell phone. If your internet and wifi is good enough you wouldn't need to pay extra for voip. I think most cell phones now can use wifi calling. I also have internet in my barn to use wifi calling.
Anyway my neighbors phone service went from mostly not at all to great as soon as we got the Starlink up and running and then making a setting change in their phones to prefer WIFI calls. Must be working really well since she is almost always on the phone now, I have not heard a single complaint about missing a call since.
