Loader Using Kubota loader to clear another loader

Was out working on our new property leveling a new barn pad with my Caterpillar skid steer and with all the rain, has quite a build up of dirt in the bucket that wouldn't come out.

As luck would have it, forgot my shovel at home (30 minute drive away). Briefly thought about running to the hardware store to buy a new shovel but then thought about using the bucket on my Kubota L3540 to clear out the stuck dirt.

It was probably overkill, but it worked like a charm.

Why wouldn't that work? No different than a shovel...

I've done this with my neighbor's machine and vice versa. We got clay, and this time of the season, picking up or digging our soil is like playing with sticky cookie dough.
