Sorry, that was a typo on my part. The loader is a LA 435.

My dealer says it does not apply but I would like to read it for myself. He is encouraging me to use my KTAC. How do I get a TSB?

Sorry but the English is pretty clear: I do not know how to get TSB's but the dealer should at least let you read it. I do not see how he can claim it does not apply when the title of the TSB looks like an exact match for the issue. As with almost every serious issue on tractors it is very good to make contact with the Regional Service Rep. A good friend of mine was once a Kubota Regional Service Rep and before that a Deere rep. And another who worked for Massey-Ferguson was absolutely instrumental in resolving my major issues with a MF2660 I bought new back in 2011. I would want to know what the Regional Rep has to say about the TSB. These things usually are (and should be) mutually beneficial discussions and not adversarial at all. Your dealer should be glad to provide you with contact info for your regional service rep. Of course it may be best for everyone to use the KTAC but I have no experience with doing that.
